- Then add beetroot and carrot. Mix it all nicely. Keep the gas flame low. Cover it let it cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. In between stir and check
- Then add 1 cup of water and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium to high flame. By the time tomato carrot and beetroot will be cooked nicely and will turn soft and tender.
- Switch off the gas fire.Let the mixture cool down completely.
- Once cool down transfer the mixture in a mixer jar and grind it to a fine and smooth consistency.
- Now transfer the grinded mixture in a pot.Again place it on a gas fire.Add required amount of water around 2 to 3 cups of water.According to your liking adjust consistency of soup.So add water accordingly.
- Let the soup come to boil.Add salt and sugar according to taste.
- Once done switch off the heat. Serve hot.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder, ghar ki malai or cream as required. Also sprinkled dry basil leaves which is easily available. This is optional.
- Serve hot and enjoy. Its tasty and healthy.
